How to delete your account
You can delete your PitCrew account directly in the app or by contacting us via email.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open PitCrew.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action in the dialog.
Your account will be marked for deletion and all associated data will be permanently removed within 24 hours.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject line: “Account deletion request”
Include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 7 days.
What data is deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from all systems:

What data may be retained
| Data | Retention period | Reason |

| Crash reports | Up to 90 days | Retained per our analytics provider’s standard policy; contains no personal data |
Crash reports contain only an anonymous device identifier, Android version, and error stack trace — no name, email, or vehicle data.
